Our CEO

Dr. Raymond Bryant, Jr. is a respected educator and educational leader with 30 years of professional experience. His career reflects a deep commitment to developing effective leaders, strengthening schools, and supporting educational systems that serves all students well. 

Dr. Bryant earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Elementary Education from Florida A & M University. He also earned an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership/Administration from Florida State University and a Doctor of Education Degree (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Bryant has served in a wide range of instructional, school-based, and district level leadership roles, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, Coordinator of Elementary Schools, Coordinator of Leadership Services, Director of Leadership Services, Assistant Superintendent of Leadership Services, Executive Officer supervising elementary, middle, and high school principals, Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services, Chief Operations Officer, and Superintendent. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Florida A & M University teaching Ph.D. level courses. 

This breadth of experience uniquely positions Dr. Bryant to provide practical, results-oriented consulting across curriculum and instruction, leadership development, operations, and district improvement. He has successfully led numerous initiatives in both large and small school districts, urban, suburban, and rural districts including standards-based report cards, kindergarten diagnostic assessments, vocabulary initiatives, school-based health center development, district literacy visioning, instructional frameworks, and leadership systems. 

Dr. Bryant's passion for supporting, cultivating, and developing educational leaders is grounded in a core belief: effectively educating children today is essential to building a successful society tomorrow.
